  1. TimePrism version 23.2.0 or later is now supported.
  2. Compatibility only guaranteed with English version.
  3. This product is software for 64-bit OS only and does not run on 32-bit OS.
  4. Additional free space is required for data storage and video file size.
  5. Some AVI cannot be edited (as a presentation). Playback only.
  6. MOD,VOB,VOD formats cannot be used.
  7. Not required for Floating Licenses.
  8. Use the same language as the OS.
  9. The store app version is not supported. Please be sure to install the desktop app version.
  10. It will not work if multiple versions of Microsoft Office are installed. Please use only one version.
    Example: Microsoft Office 2010 and 2019 installed, etc.
  11. If you are purchasing individual Office applications, please make sure that the versions of all applications are unified.
  12. The 32-bit version of Office is not supported. Be sure to install the 64-bit version of Office.
  13. If a Office editing software other than Microsoft is installed, it may not work properly.
    Do not install Office editing software other than Microsoft.
  14. If not installed, it will be installed automatically during TimePrism installation.
  15. To install the driver in advance, download the installer from the URL below and install the driver.
